The Wacky Warehouse team has hosted nearly every type of event you could imagine in the past 5 years and we see hundreds of happy return customers every year. Mothers groups, school groups, kids parties or the most elaborate private functions, we do them all to a standard that will exceed your expectations and impress your guests. We pride ourselves in providing a strong customer focus, cleanliness of venue and genuine care for safety of the children, and above all else, the kids will have a fantastic time.

ENSURE YOUR PARTY IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE

Here is a summary of information to ensure your party runs smoothly

• All party deposits are non-refundable
• All children in the party need to be 10 years or younger
• All children need to wear socks
• Adult guest numbers need to be similar to invited children numbers to ensure space for your guests
• Wacky Warehouse does not allow any food or drinks to be brought in or consumed on the premises, (unless by prior arrangement). The Wacky Party package allows you to bring in a birthday cake or cupcake equivalent for a $5 fee

Step by step

You have anticipated a busy day of fun and excitement for your child’s party and it is finally here…

We ask that you arrive just prior to the start time of your party and announce your arrival to the Wacky Warehouse team members at the front counter, where they will help you with any cake or lollie bags you have. They will also direct you to your party room and adult table. At this time you are welcome to settle your account for the party or create an account for finger foods or perhaps a round of coffee for your guests.

Your party host will introduce themselves to you and have a quick chat about the serving of the children’s party foods and also the timing of the birthday cake celebrations. When your guests arrive, the children are very eager to start playing so we allow them play time before the party food is served. You can catch up with the parents and order any drinks you may want at this time also. Your party host will use the microphone to call the children to the party room once the food has been served so they can all eat together.

Your party host will also discuss with you when to present the birthday cake and sing Happy Birthday. They will present the cake in front of your birthday child, light the candles and begin “Happy Birthday” whilst you take care of the photos. They will also cut the cake and serve it to the children. If you would like plates and spoons to serve cake to your adult guests please ask your party host.
